These terms govern the mobile auto detailing services provided by TBA Spray Auto Detailing ("we," "us," or "our"). By booking a service or submitting a quote request, you agree to the terms below.
Services
We provide mobile auto detailing, paint correction, ceramic coating, and related add-on services as described on our website. All pricing is listed as "starting at" and may vary based on vehicle size, condition, and location. We do not offer headlight restoration, window tinting, or paint protection film (PPF).
Mobile Service Area
We travel to your home or office within a 20-mile radius of Erie, Colorado, serving Erie, Broomfield, Dacono, Longmont, Niwot, and Boulder. Travel fees may apply for locations beyond a 30-minute drive from our home base.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed as starting points for standard-size vehicles. Larger trucks, 3-row SUVs, vans, and heavily soiled vehicles may require a size surcharge. We will confirm the final price before beginning any work. Payment is due upon completion of the service.
Paint Correction and Ceramic Coating
Paint correction reduces but may not fully eliminate all imperfections. Ceramic coatings provide protection and gloss but are not scratch-proof and do not eliminate the need for regular washing. Results vary based on the condition of your vehicle's paint. We will give you an honest assessment before starting any correction or coating work.
Scheduling and Cancellations
Appointments are scheduled by phone, text, or through our website. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as early as possible so we can offer the slot to another customer.
Liability
We are licensed and insured. We take every precaution to protect your vehicle during the detailing process. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, mechanical issues, or damage caused by third parties. We will note any existing concerns before starting work.
